Reopening Responsibly

We are excited to see you back in the studio. In light of Covid-19 we have updated our Studio protocols outlined below.

NEW Waiver- If you haven't already, please sign the new electronic waiver PRIOR to your first visit. Our new waiver MUST be signed before you can enter the studio.

Staggered Appointment Times- Appointment times are now staggered to control the flow of traffic through the studio while maximizing social distance.  Check out the schedule for the latest availability.

Arrive On Time- We will be adhering to a strict schedule to allow for social distancing, limited studio capacity and additional cleaning protocols.  Please arrive on time as your session will end on time. 

Waiting Area- The waiting area has been eliminated.  If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Masks & Socks - Everyone must adhere to NJ's recommendation of wearing a face mask, face buff, scarf, or bandanna at all times {yes, even during your workout}. Just as before, feet must be covered with clean socks while in the studio. If you choose to wear gloves, they must be put on in-studio AFTER you wash your hands.  Please remember to bring your own mask; masks are NOT available at the studio.

Shoes -Please leave shoes in the new designated shoe area on the floor near entrance.

Limit Personal Belongings- Please limit the personal belongings that you bring into the studio to essentials only. Personal Reformer loops and water bottles are welcome.To reduce common touch points, water is no longer available at the studio. Cubbies are still available for your use.  Please do NOT put shoes in cubbies.

Wash Your Hands- Be sure to wash your hands with soap & water when you arrive at the studio before starting your session {and after.}

Hands On/Hands Off- You'll receive all the expertise and individual attention that you've come to expect from your Sentirsi instructor while they remain socially distanced throughout your session and provide cues and adjustments verbally.

Cleaning- All clients will be instructed to clean their equipment at the end of their session.  Staff will also disinfect all equipment and studio spaces according to our Sanitation Protocol.  Length of sessions may be adjusted to allow for enhanced protocols.

We've missed you and we'd love to chat, but we have to ask you to leave promptly at the end of your session.  All scheduling, account inquiries, etc. will be handled by Front Desk staff online or over the phone.  

As always, YOU are our #1 priority.  We want you to feel safe and comfortable in the studio.  Adhering to the above process will help make this possible for all.
