MEET OUR TEAM
WENDY ZIMMERMAN
Owner
My passion for health and wellness began early caring for patients and working along side surgeons. I wanted to help patients before, during, and after medical care to improve their daily living activities (ADL) through functional, intelligent exercise. My training within the Pilates Method, coupled with my medical background, enables me to understand, empathize, and design the optimal program for each client. The Pilates method is truly a genius, continuously evolving repertoire, that allows me to teach to my clients that best suits their needs. I am passionate about educating fellow fitness professionals to continue their growth and advancement in the Pilates field.

ELAINA STEWART
Instructor
Elaina is a creator and moved from Northeast FL. Her passion for movement began at a very early age and molded her to who she is today. She’s a BFA Dance graduate from Rutgers University, where she studied contemporary and compositional forms. She’s found Pilates not only strengthens her creative movement but helps reconnect her with her mind in a unique way - different than any other form of training. Elaina's teaching approach to Pilates comes from her experience working in a physical therapy rehabilitation setting and her previous instructing in group fitness. During her sessions you'll experience moments of heat relating to athleticism, balance and control, followed by stretching and mindful breathing to restore the nervous system to feel strong and clear within the mind and body. In addition to teaching, Elaina is part of NewBrese, NYC based dance collective, where she works as the Assistant Choreographer. She also enjoys rock climbing, gardening, and playing with her kitty.
BRYANNA MURRAY
Instructor
Bryanna is a lifelong competitive athlete most recently playing soccer on the collegiate and semi-pro level. She discovered Pilates while rehabilitating a serious ankle injury. Her love of the practice blossomed allowing her to successfully return to her sport while at the same time becoming a certified Pilates instructor on the complete equipment repertoire. Her clients find her passion for Pilates contagious. When Bryanna's not in the studio you'll find her on the soccer field (of course) or in her art space creating pottery.
